Event Contract Agreement
Review the Elegant Cuisine & Settings LLC event contract before submitting your booking request. This agreement outlines event terms, responsibilities, and policies.
Client's Responsibilities
- Please inform the chef of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences.
- Client is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items from the full tablescape, including fine china, glassware, flatware, and décor.
- Tables and chairs are not included. The client must provide tables and chairs for their event.

No. The form is a booking request. Your event is confirmed after availability, selections, and deposit details are reviewed and accepted.
Intimate Dining is for exactly 2 guests. Intimate Gatherings are for 10–25 guests (minimum of 10 guests). Parties cannot exceed 25 guests.

Out-of-radius bookings may be subject to a travel fee and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. Guests may select up to 3 china patterns, or let Chef Shorlanda Kidd choose for you, subject to availability based on event date, party size, and deposit confirmation.
Luxury tablescape options may include fine china, premium formal flatware, crystal/glassware, table linens, napkins, candle lighting, décor, setup, and cleanup.
Elegant Cuisine & Settings LLC is designed for intimate adult dining experiences. If minors will be present, this must be discussed during the booking review so expectations, safety, and tablescape responsibility can be confirmed.
All bookings must be made at least 3 weeks in advance of your event date.
